You may request a return or exchange within 30 business days from the date your order is delivered.

Item condition and exceptions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Personalized items, gift cards, final sale items, and items damaged after delivery by misuse are not returnable unless required by law.

Return shipping and refunds

StreetTide covers return shipping. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us for instructions. After the returned item is received and approved, we process the refund within 2 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
